Insufficient Drainage Support
This homeowner's aging sump pump was no longer up to the task, its limited capacity and outdated design failed to effectively manage rising groundwater levels. The result, persistent water intrusion in the basement, creating the perfect environment for mold, damage, and costly repairs.

Installing TripleSafe
We began the TripleSafe Sump Pump installation by carefully excavating a sump pit at the lowest point of the basement. Next, the crew installed the TripleSafe liner and set all three pumps in place, a primary pump for regular use, a secondary pump for backup during heavy water flow, and a battery-powered pump to protect against power outages. The system was securely connected to the discharge line and sealed with cement for a clean, finished appearance.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe Sump Pump offers unmatched protection with its three-pump design. It automatically adapts to changing conditions, handling everything from normal water levels to extreme flooding and power outages.

During IceGuard Install
To protect the home from discharge line backups, our team installed the IceGuard system outside the foundation. This involved connecting the discharge line to the specially designed IceGuard fitting, which automatically ejects water away from the home if the line freezes.

The Benefits Of IceGuard
The IceGuard Discharge Line offers critical peace of mind in cold climates. Its patented design ensures that water can safely exit the home even if the buried discharge line is frozen or blocked, preventing backups and basement flooding during harsh winter months.
