During WaterGuard Install
To install the WaterGuard Drainage System, our crew began by removing a narrow section of the basement floor along the perimeter walls. We then dug a trench just above the footing and placed the WaterGuard channel inside, designed to capture water seepage before it reaches the floor. After connecting it to the sump pump system, we covered the channel with clean stone and restored the concrete for a smooth, finished look.

Installing TripleSafe
Next, our crew installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump by first excavating a sump pit at the lowest point of the basement floor. We placed the TripleSafe liner in the pit and secured all three pumps: a primary pump for daily use, a secondary for high water volumes, and a battery-powered backup for outages. Once the pumps were plumbed into the discharge line, we sealed the lid and tested the system to ensure flawless operation.

WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard is a smart, interior waterproofing solution designed to keep basements dry for the long haul. Installed just above the footing to avoid clogs, it collects water from walls and the floor joint before it can enter your basement space. Unlike traditional systems, WaterGuard won't sit in the dirt, making it more durable, efficient, and easy to maintain.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump offers unmatched basement protection with its triple-layered system. It features a powerful primary pump, a secondary pump for heavy water flow, and a battery backup that activates during power outages, ensuring your basement stays dry no matter the weather or circumstance.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
The crew also added our CleanSpace Wall Panels to protect the basement walls from moisture and mold while giving the space a clean, bright finish. These durable, mold-resistant panels act as a vapor barrier, helping to control humidity and direct any wall seepage into the WaterGuard Drainage System.

IceGuard Discharge Line
To ensure the sump pump system remains functional even in freezing temperatures, we installed our IceGuard Discharge Line. This specially designed discharge fitting allows water to escape if the main line becomes blocked with ice, preventing backups and potential flooding. It's a crucial safeguard for homes in colder climates, offering year-round protection.

The Importance Of Waterproofing
A proper waterproofing system, like interior drainage, sump pumps, and vapor barriers, keeps your basement dry, prevents long-term damage, and adds value to your home!
