Weep Holes
We drilled weep holes around the basement perimeter to relieve hydrostatic pressure and allow trapped water behind the foundation walls to escape into the drainage system.

Installing WaterGuard
After drilling the weep holes, we installed our WaterGuard Drainage System along the basement perimeter, just above the footing. The system was then covered with clean gravel and sealed with fresh cement, creating a discreet, efficient channel to direct water to the homeowners sump pump.

Installing TripleSafe
Our crew installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump by first excavating a sump pit at the lowest point of the basement to collect incoming water. We then placed the TripleSafe liner and installed all three pumps, two for regular use and one battery backup for potential power outages.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump offers unmatched basement protection with its three-pump system, providing reliable drainage during everyday use, increased rainfall, and harsh weather conditions.

IceGuard Discharge Line
IceGuard provides crucial protection against freezing by allowing water to escape even if the exterior line is blocked by ice. This ensures the sump pump can keep working in cold weather, preventing backups and flooding, no matter the temperature.

The Importance Of Waterproofing
Waterproofing your basement is essential to protect your home's foundation, prevent mold growth, and avoid costly water damage. A dry basement adds usable living space, boosts property value, and gives you reinforced confidence during heavy rains or snowmelt.
