Basement Water Seepage
Basement water seepage is commonly caused by poor drainage, cracks in foundation walls or floors, hydrostatic pressure from saturated soil, clogged or broken gutters, and improper grading around the home. These issues allow water to infiltrate during heavy rain or snowmelt, leading to dampness, mold, or flooding.

Before Waterproofing
In order to determine which waterproofing approach would be the most effective, we had our System Design Specialist carry out a thorough inspection on the homeowners entire basement.

Installing WaterGuard
We installed WaterGuard by first removing a section of the concrete floor along the perimeter of the basement. After clearing out debris, we placed the WaterGuard system just above the footing to avoid clogs. Once secured, we connected it to a sump pump for effective water removal. Finally, we restored the floor with fresh cement, leaving a clean, finished look and a permanently dry basement!

WaterGuard Drainage System
The crew installed our WaterGuard Drainage System to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. This proactive solution ensures a drier, healthier, and more structurally sound home.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
To provide maximum protection against basement flooding, the TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed for its three-pump system that offers a reliable, fail-safe solution. It includes a primary pump for everyday water removal, a secondary pump for high-volume situations, and a battery backup pump that activates during power outages, ensuring continuous operation and peace of mind in any condition.

The Importance Of Proper Drainage
Proper drainage systems in your basement are crucial to prevent water accumulation, which can lead to structural damage, mold growth, and costly repairs. By effectively managing water flow and moisture, these systems protect your home's foundation, improve indoor air quality, and maintain a dry, safe living environment.
