Before Waterproofing
To ensure the homeowner received the most effective waterproofing solution, our System Design Specialist conducted a thorough and detailed inspection of the basement. This involved carefully examining areas of water intrusion, assessing the condition of existing drainage and sump pump systems, and identifying any signs of moisture damage or potential weak points in the foundation.

Installing WaterGuard
We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System by first excavating a trench along the interior perimeter of the basement floor. Next, we placed the drainage system just above the footing to prevent clogs and direct water to the sump pump. Once securely in place, we backfilled the trench with clean stone and sealed it with fresh cement, leaving a clean finish.

WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard offers a highly effective solution for basement water management by capturing water at the most common entry point, where the wall meets the floor. Its unique, clog-resistant design sits above the foundation footing, keeping it clear of dirt and debris while efficiently channeling water to the sump pump. This system helps keep the basement dry, and protects against mold and moisture damage.

SuperSump Premier
Our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump provides powerful, reliable protection against basement flooding. Equipped with a high-capacity 1/3 HP cast-iron pump, it can remove up to 2,220 gallons of water per hour, keeping your space dry during heavy rainfall. Its durable liner, airtight lid, and built-in WaterWatch Alarm System help prevent clogs, reduce humidity, and alert homeowners to rising water levels, ensuring long-term moisture protection.
