Poor Drainage Support
Poor drainage support in this homeowner's basement was allowing groundwater to collect around the foundation, leading to persistent moisture buildup. Without a proper system to redirect water away, seepage began entering through wall cracks and floor joints, creating a damp, musty environment ideal for mold growth and structural damage over time.

Installing WaterGuard
We began the WaterGuard installation by removing a section of the basement floor along the perimeter to create a trench. Then, the crew placed the WaterGuard Drainage Channel in this trench, just above the footing, to capture water seeping through the walls and floor joint. After securely positioning the system, we backfilled with clean washed stone and applied a layer of cement.

The Benefits Of WaterGuard
The WaterGuard Drainage System offers a reliable, long-term solution for basement water intrusion by capturing seepage at the wall-floor joint before it reaches the living space. Its unique, clog-resistant design sits above the foundation footing, preventing soil and debris from blocking water flow. This system efficiently directs water to the sump pump, keeping basements dry, reducing the risk of mold, and protecting the home's structural integrity.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
By installing our CleanSpace Wall Panels, we create a bright, clean vapor barrier that prevents moisture from passing through basement walls. These durable panels not only help control humidity and reduce the risk of mold growth, but they also improve the overall appearance of the space by covering unsightly wall surfaces with a sleek, finished look.

SuperSump Premier Sump Pump
With our SuperSump in place, the basement is protected by a powerful and reliable pump system designed to handle high volumes of water with ease. Equipped with a cast-iron pump, airtight lid, and built-in floor drain, it effectively removes water while keeping out odors and debris.
