Before Waterproofing
We had our System Design Specialist carry out an extensive inspection of the homeowner's basement, carefully examining signs of water intrusion, moisture patterns, and existing drainage conditions. By assessing the foundation walls, floor joints, and sump pump performance, they identified the root causes of the water issues.

CarbonArmor
To address the homeowner's foundation settlement issues, the crew installed our CarbonArmor Reinforcing System, a durable, low-profile solution designed to stabilize and strengthen bowing or cracked foundation walls. Made from carbon fiber reinforced polymers, CarbonArmor straps are stronger than steel and are bonded directly to the interior surface of the wall to hold it in place.

During WaterGuard Install
The crew began the WaterGuard installation by carefully creating a trench along the perimeter of the basement. We then placed the WaterGuard Drainage channel just above the footing. Then we connected the system to the homeowners sump pump for efficient water removal. Lastly, the trench was backfilled with clean washed stone and sealed with a layer of cement.

WaterGuard Drainage System
Unlike traditional drains, WaterGuard stays clear of mud and soil, ensuring long-term performance. When connected to a sump pump, it directs water safely out of the home, keeping the basement dry, healthy, and protected from mold, moisture damage, and structural issues.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
Our CleanSpace Wall Panels provide a clean, bright, and moisture-resistant solution for damp or unfinished basement walls. Made from durable, waterproof material, these panels prevent water vapor from passing through and help direct any wall seepage down into the drainage system.

SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier is a powerful, energy-efficient solution for controlling humidity in basements and crawl spaces. By removing excess moisture from the air, it helps prevent mold growth, musty odors, and dust mites, creating a healthier indoor environment.
