Outdated Sump Pump
This homeowner's old sump pump was not only outdated but also malfunctioning, causing it to cycle inconsistently and overflow. Instead of directing water safely away from the foundation, it allowed excess water to pool near the sump pit. Over time, this water seeped into surrounding basement walls and floors, contributing to persistent dampness and even minor flooding during heavy rains.

During WaterGuard Install
Our crew began by carefully excavating a perimeter trench along the basement floor, just inside the foundation walls. We then installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage system, specially engineered to sit above the footing and stay clear of mud and debris. Finally, we covered the drainage channel with clean washed stone and restored the floor with fresh cement.

Installing TrenchDrain
We began the installation of TrenchDrain by cutting a shallow trench across the doorway threshold and placing the grated drain directly into the opening. The TrenchDrain was then connected to the interior WaterGuard System, allowing water to flow seamlessly into the drainage line and out through the homeowners sump pump.

During WellDuct Install
First, we removed a section of the interior wall beneath the window and cored a small opening to allow drainage from the window well into the basement. We then installed the WellDuct, which channels water directly down to the WaterGuard Drainage System below. After securing the duct in place, we sealed and restored the wall for a clean finish.

WaterGuard
Unlike traditional French drains, it's installed above the footing to prevent clogging from mud and debris. The WaterGuard System captures water leaking from walls and floors and channels it directly to a sump pump, keeping the basement dry even during heavy rains.

TrenchDrain System
Our TrenchDrain System is designed to stop surface water at the source, perfect for doorways, stairwells, and other entry points prone to leaks. Its durable, grated design sits flush with the floor and intercepts water before it can spread across the basement.

Window WellDuct System
The WellDuct System provides a direct path for water to drain from the window well into the basement's interior drainage system, preventing water from pooling against the window and seeping inside.

RockWell Egress
Built from high-strength, UV-stable composite materials, RockWell window wells are resistant to rust, rot, and frost damage, unlike traditional metal or wood wells. The built-in steps provide a safe, easy emergency exit that meets IRC egress code requirements, while the natural stone-textured design adds curb appeal and allows more natural light into the basement.

RockWell Egress
Paired with a clear cover, our RockWell Egress keeps out debris, water, and pests, helping to maintain a dry, bright, and code-compliant living space below ground.
