Basement Wall Cracks
Basement wall cracks can be caused by a variety of factors, including soil pressure, foundation settlement, hydrostatic pressure from groundwater, and seasonal temperature changes. Over time, these stresses can lead to structural damage and water intrusion if not properly addressed.

Before Waterproofing
We had our System Design Specialist perform a comprehensive inspection of the basement to develop the most effective and customized waterproofing solution.

During WaterGuard Install
The install process begins with our crew carefully removing a section of the basement floor along the perimeter walls. This allows us to access the footing and create a trench for the drainage system without disturbing the structural integrity of the foundation.

During WaterGuard Install
Next, the WaterGuard System, designed to sit just above the footing and out of the "mud zone", is placed in the trench. This positioning ensures it won't clog with dirt or debris like traditional French drains. Once the drainage piping is securely in place, we backfill the trench with clean washed stone to aid water flow and then restore the floor with fresh cement, leaving a clean, finished appearance.

The Benefits Of WaterGuard
The WaterGuard Drainage System is a state-of-the-art solution designed to protect the basement from water intrusion and moisture damage. Unlike traditional drainage systems, WaterGuard is installed above the footing, ensuring it won't clog with dirt or debris over time, which is a common issue with older French drains.

The Benefits Of WaterGuard
One of the key advantages of WaterGuard is its ability to capture water from both the floor and wall joint, preventing leaks from penetrating the basement and causing long-term damage. The system's discreet installation, combined with its high-performance capabilities, ensures a clean, unobtrusive solution that won't disrupt the aesthetic of the homeowners space.
