Damp Basement
Damp basement conditions are often caused by poor drainage, foundation cracks, high groundwater levels, or failing sump pump systems. Water can seep through wall-floor joints, porous concrete, or entry points during heavy rain, leading to persistent moisture, musty odors, and the risk of mold and structural damage.

Installing TrenchDrain
Our crew installed the TrenchDrain System by cutting a shallow trench across the basement entryway where surface water was entering. We placed the grated drain flush with the floor and connected it to the interior drainage system, allowing water to be quickly captured and redirected to the sump pump.

The Benefits Of TrenchDrain
The TrenchDrain System is designed to stop surface water at the source, making it ideal for areas like basement doorways, stairwells, and garage entrances. Its durable grated design captures incoming water and channels it directly into the drainage system, preventing leaks, reducing moisture buildup, and protecting the basement from potential flooding.

WaterGuard Drainage System
The WaterGuard Drainage System is designed to provide reliable, long-term protection against basement water seepage. Installed along the wall-floor joint, WaterGuard captures water before it can enter the basement, directing it into a sump pump for safe removal.

WaterGuard Drainage System
Unlike traditional systems, WaterGuard sits on top of the footing, avoiding clogs and ensuring continuous, effective drainage. This system not only prevents water damage but also helps maintain a dry, healthy environment, reducing the risk of mold and preserving the structural integrity of the home.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
These durable, washable panels act as a vapor barrier, preventing moisture from seeping through the walls and creating a dry, clean environment. CleanSpace Panels also reflect light, brightening up the basement and giving it a finished, polished look. By directing any wall seepage into the drainage system, CleanSpace helps protect the basement from mold, mildew, and structural damage, ensuring a healthier, more comfortable space.
