WaterGuard Drainage System
This system is specifically designed to sit just above the footing of the foundation, preventing clogs that are common with traditional drain systems placed in the soil. By capturing water at the most common entry points, along the basement walls and floor joint, WaterGuard effectively channels it to the sump pump before it can enter the living space.

TrenchDrain
The TrenchDrain features a grated, flush design that sits at ground level to intercept and capture water before it crosses thresholds. Once collected, the water is directed into the rest of the basement drainage system, such as WaterGuard, for proper discharge.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
TripleSafe features a unique three-pump design: a primary pump for everyday water removal, a secondary pump that activates if the primary fails or during heavy water flow, and a battery-powered backup pump to keep the system running during power outages. By installing TripleSafe, we ensured continuous protection against water intrusion, giving the homeowner peace of mind that their basement would remain dry and protected under any circumstance.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
These durable, waterproof panels act as a vapor barrier, preventing water vapor from entering the basement air while also directing any wall moisture down into the WaterGuard Drainage System. In addition to their practical benefits, CleanSpace Panels brighten the basement with a clean, finished appearance, transforming it into a healthier, more inviting space.

IceGuard Discharge Line
Our crew installed the IceGuard Discharge Line to ensure that the sump pump system remains functional during freezing temperatures. Traditional discharge lines can freeze and become blocked in winter, causing water to back up into the basement. By installing this component, we provided the homeowner with year-round protection and guaranteed that their sump pump could discharge water safely and efficiently, even in harsh winter conditions.
