WaterGuard Drainage System
To address persistent water seepage along the basement floor and walls, the crew installed our WaterGuard Drainage System. Unlike traditional drains that can clog with soil and debris, WaterGuard is specially designed to sit just above the foundation footing, keeping it clear of dirt while effectively collecting water from the wall-floor joint.

TrenchDrain
Then the crew installed our TrenchDrain System to capture surface water at key entry points in the basement, such as stairways, doorways, or garage entrances, where water commonly flows in during heavy rain. The TrenchDrain features a grated, flush design that allows water to flow directly into the drainage system before it can spread across the floor.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System to provide the homeowner with a dependable, multi-layered defense against basement flooding. This system includes three pumps: a powerful primary pump for daily water removal, a secondary pump that activates during heavy water intrusion or pump failure, and a battery-operated backup pump that ensures continued operation during potential power outages.

IceGuard Discharge Line
During freezing temperatures, traditional discharge lines can become clogged with ice, forcing water back into the basement. The IceGuard is a specially engineered attachment that automatically releases water through its built-in openings if the main line is obstructed. This ensures the sump pump can continue operating effectively year-round, providing the homeowner with continuous protection.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
Lastly, our crew installed CleanSpace Wall Panels to create a vapor-proof barrier that protects the homeowners basement from moisture seeping through the foundation walls. These durable, white panels are made from a thick plastic material that is both waterproof and mold-resistant, making them ideal for controlling humidity and preventing wall stains or deterioration.
