Before Waterproofing
In order to deliver the most effective and long-lasting waterproofing solution, our certified System Design Specialist performed a extensive assessment of the entire basement. This thorough inspection allows us to tailor our approach to the specific conditions and challenges of the space, ensuring optimal protection.

Old Sump Pump
The homeowner's old sump pump was outdated and undersized, causing it to struggle during heavy rainfall. As a result, it couldn't keep up with the volume of incoming water, leading to overflow and water seepage around the perimeter of the basement. Additionally, the lack of a proper seal and drainage system allowed moisture to seep back through floor cracks and walls.

During WaterGuard Install
The crew began by carefully removing a section of the basement floor along the perimeter to create a trench for our WaterGuard Drainage System. The WaterGuard system was then placed just above the footing to prevent clogging from dirt and debris. After positioning the drainage channel, we backfilled around it with clean washed stone to promote proper water flow, and finally, we restored the concrete floor for a clean, finished look.

Installing CleanSpace
Next we installed our CleanSpace Wall Panels by first prepping the basement walls to ensure a secure and smooth application. The durable, waterproof panels were then mechanically fastened to the foundation walls, creating a continuous vapor barrier that helps prevent moisture and humidity from entering the basement.

The Benefits Of WaterGuard
WaterGuard offers long-term protection by efficiently capturing and redirecting water before it reaches your basement floor, preventing mold growth, structural damage, and musty odors, while ensuring a dry, healthy, low-maintenance space that adds value and reliability to the home.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
Our CleanSpace panels not only improve the basement's appearance but also work hand in hand with the homeowners drainage system to channel any wall seepage directly into it, keeping the space dry and protected long-term.

TrenchDrain System
The TrenchDrain System is designed to capture surface water at entry points like basement stairwells, garage doors, or walkout areas, stopping it before it can spread across the floor. Its grated, flush design allows water to flow directly into the drainage system below, where it's redirected to the homeowners sump pump for removal.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
With our TripleSafe Sump Pump installed, we provided this homeowner with unmatched basement protection. TripleSafe includes a primary pump for regular water removal, a secondary pump for high-volume situations, and a battery-powered backup pump that activates during power outages, ensuring continuous operation under any conditions.

IceGuard Discharge Line
The IceGuard Discharge Line is designed to prevent sump pump discharge pipes from freezing during the winter months. Its built-in vent system allows water to escape even if the pipe is blocked or frozen, ensuring the sump pump can continue to function and protect the basement from flooding. By maintaining proper water flow year-round, IceGuard helps avoid costly damage and keeps the waterproofing system working effectively through harsh weather.
