Finally, CleanSpace was installed on half the wall to create a barrier from the moist wall so it wouldn't affect the basement air. WaterGuard was installed along the footer of this basement to extract water trapped in the wall and direct it to the sump pump. CleanSpace was applied on the moist areas of the wall to create a durable barrier that would prevent moisture from affecting the basement air.
TripleSafe
A TripleSafe sump pump was installed in the basement. The TripleSafe is built with a main pump and two backup pumps that kick on in the event of a power outage or an overflow of water, so your basement stays nice and dry.
