Before Waterproofing
In order to provide the most effective waterproofing solution, our System Design Specialist performed a comprehensive inspection of the basement, carefully assessing the current conditions, identifying potential sources of water intrusion, and evaluating structural and environmental factors that could impact the long-term performance of the system.

WaterGuard Drainage System
To effectively address the water intrusion issues in the basement, our crew installed the WaterGuard Drainage System. This system acts as a reliable, interior perimeter drainage solution specifically designed to prevent water from entering the basement living space.

TrenchDrain
During the inspection, it was clear that water was pooling in these areas and bypassing traditional drainage systems. The TrenchDrain's grated design allows it to intercept this water at the surface level and direct it into the basement's interior drainage system, typically WaterGuard, preventing it from spreading across the floor and causing damage. This targeted solution is ideal for stopping water in its tracks right at the source.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
During the inspection, we identified a high risk of water accumulation, especially during heavy rains or power outages. The TripleSafe system features three pumps: a primary pump for everyday water removal, a secondary pump for high water volumes, and a battery-powered backup pump that activates during power failures. This layered protection ensures the basement stays dry under all conditions, offering unmatched reliability and peace of mind.

PowerBrace
Our crew installed the PowerBrace Wall Repair System to stabilize and straighten bowing foundation walls that were showing signs of inward movement and structural stress. The PowerBrace system uses strong, galvanized steel I-beams that are custom-fitted to the wall and securely anchored to the floor and floor joists above. Unlike traditional methods, PowerBrace can be tightened over time, allowing for potential wall improvement and permanent stabilization without the need for excavation.

SaniDry Sedona
Lastly, our crew installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to address high humidity levels and excess moisture in the basement, which were contributing to musty odors, condensation, and potential mold growth. The SaniDry Sedona is a high-performance, energy-efficient dehumidifier designed specifically for basements and crawl spaces. It pulls excess moisture from the air, filters out allergens like mold spores and dust, and helps maintain a dry, healthy environment year-round.
