Wet Basement Conditions
Wet basement conditions are often caused by factors such as inadequate exterior drainage, cracks in the foundation, rising groundwater pressure (hydrostatic pressure), and improper grading around the home. These issues can lead to persistent moisture, mold growth, and long-term structural concerns if not properly addressed.

Installing WaterGuard
The crew began the installation of our WaterGuard Drainage System by carefully removing a section of the basement floor perimeter to create a trench. The WaterGuard system was then placed just above the footing of the foundation, ideal for capturing wall and floor seepage without the risk of clogging. Once the system was securely in place and connected to a sump pump, we backfilled the area with clean washed stone and restored the concrete for a clean, finished look.

The Benefits Of WaterGuard
The WaterGuard Drainage System offers a reliable, long-term solution to basement water issues. Unlike traditional French drains, WaterGuard is installed above the footing, away from the "mud zone," which helps prevent clogging over time. It efficiently captures water seepage from walls and the floor joint, directing it to a sump pump system for removal.

SuperSump Premier
SuperSump Premier is a high-performance solution designed to keep basements dry and protected from water damage. Equipped with a powerful ⅓ HP cast-iron pump, it can remove up to 2,650 gallons of water per hour-ideal for handling heavy rainfall and seepage.

During CleanSpace Install
Our CleanSpace Wall Panels were carefully measured, cut, and fitted to create a seamless vapor barrier along the interior foundation walls. Each panel was mechanically fastened to ensure long-lasting adhesion and durability.

The Benefits Of CleanSpace
CleanSpace Wall Panels are designed to protect basement walls from moisture while dramatically improving the look and feel of the space. Made from a durable, waterproof material, these panels act as a vapor barrier, preventing water vapor and humidity from passing through foundation walls, key factors in mold growth and poor air quality.

The Importance Of Waterproofing Your Basement
Without proper waterproofing, water intrusion can lead to serious issues such as mold growth, wood rot, foundation damage, and unhealthy indoor air. Moisture in the basement doesn't just stay in the basement, it can travel upward into your living space, affecting your comfort and health. A professionally installed waterproofing system provides long-term protection, peace of mind, and a dry, usable space for storage or living. It's a smart investment in the safety and longevity of your home!
