A homeowner in Pasadena, MD was noticing that water was coming in where the wall meets the floor in their basement. They called Quality 1st Basements to perform a full inspection of their basement and diagnose the issue. System Design Specialist, Jeff Yentzer, recommended TrenchDrain to stop incoming water from the entryways and drain it away from the foundation. To fix structurally damages that have already taken place from water intrusion, CarbonArmor strips were installed to reinforce and stabilize the basement. WaterGuard was installed under the floor slab to drain water towards the sump pump to be expelled from the basement. A TripleSafe was installed to provide the ultimate protection against flooding with its additional backup pumps. IceGuard was installed on the discharge line to prevent freezing or backup of the system. Finally, LawnScape was installed on the lawn to connect with the outlet. All of these systems work together to keep the homeowner's basement safe from water damage and free of worry.
