The Quality 1st team installed CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to separate the damp walls from affecting the basement air. A WaterGuard was installed to drain the water coming through the walls and direct it towards the sump pump. A TripleSafe sump pump was installed, because of the heavy flooding the homeowner was experiencing. On the exterior of the home, LawnScape installed as an outlet to the sump pump's discharge line and its flat design is ideal to blend in with the lawn and make mowing easy. Lastly, an IceGuard was applied to the discharge line to keep the system from backing up or freezing during the colder temperatures. The homeowner could now relax knowing their home was safeguarded from water damage.

The LawnScape is flat and green, so it blends into the lawn and keep small animals out.
IceGuard
IceGuard was applied to the discharge line outside to prevent it from freezing during the winter and to prevent a backup of the system.
