Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Doorway Water Prevention System - Baltimore, MD
This homeowner in Baltimore, MD was worried about water presence in their basement. They called Quality 1st Basements and one of our System Design Specialists made recommendations based on the homeowner's needs. A TrenchDrain was installed outside the doorway to prevent any water from entering and directed it to the sump pump which would pump it out. A SuperSump was installed since the homeowner had some water present in the basement already. A WaterGuard helped the water inside the basement walls flow to the exterior of the basement. The homeowner could now relax knowing all of these products were working to create a dry basement.
TrenchDrain Install
This TrenchDrain was placed by the entryway to the basement to drain any water trying to enter to the sump pump
WaterGuard Install
The WaterGuard was installed by digging a trench along the perimeter of the walls to extract any water from inside the walls to drain outside of the basement.
SuperSump Install
The SuperSump's job is to pump out any flooding present in the basement.
