Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing in Randolph, NJ
This basement in Randolph, NJ, was experiencing significant moisture issues. Water seepage led to watermarks on the walls, pooling in the corners, and the presence of efflorescence. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements for an assessment of the situation. System Design Specialist, Joe Hubbard evaluated the water damage and observed that the homeowner had a previously installed sump pump, which was not functioning effectively. He recommended the installation of a new sump pump in a different area of the basement. The Quality 1st team then installed WaterGuard to facilitate drainage from the basement to the exterior of the house. Additionally, they installed a Super Sump to provide extra assurance in pumping out any excess water. To protect the discharge line from freezing, an IceGuard was also installed on the exterior of the house. The homeowner was pleased with the final outcome and could now enjoy peace of mind, knowing that their basement was well-protected against future water seepage.
