At Quality 1st, we recently tackled a project in Clarksboro, NJ. A homeowner reached out to us, troubled by persistent water issues in their basement. Despite the space being unfinished, black mold had begun to spread, partly remediated but still lingering in a small section. The solution we provided involved the installation of our trusted WaterGuard system, an interior basement drainage system designed to effectively capture wall and floor seam water leakage, and CleanSpace, a vapor barrier that locks out moisture and mold. This potent combination ensures the basement stays dry and healthy.
