Creating Water Channel
Our crew digs a trench around the perimeter of the basement floor to create a channel for the new drainage system.
Installing New Drainage System
WaterGuard was laid down against the wall and floor joint for maximum water acceptance. Small strips of CleanSpace are used along the bottom of the wall for extra waterproofing protection.
Completed WaterGuard Installation
The WaterGuard Drainage System is concealed below the floor's surface with cement, keeping it out of sight and out of mind.
Newly Waterproofed Basement
With a new drainage system and a three-pump TripleSafe Sump Pump, this basement is guaranteed to stay dry against heavy rains.
