Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing and Foundation Support in Fords, NJ

When a basement faces issues with water damage, the ways in which water can find its way inside are endless. For this Fords, NJ home, the basement was struggling with flooding water and a cracking foundation wall in the stairwell to the outside. A failing foundation is a serious threat to any home and gives way for more water to leak inside. This homeowner contacted us to relieve their home of these damaging pressures of water infiltrating their basement.   To fix the weakening foundation in the exterior stairwell, we repaired the walls with our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. These flexible, carbon fiber fabric straps are bonded to the walls with a high-strength epoxy resin to stabilize the wall and prevent further cracking or bowing. Our crew then equipped the basement with a new waterproofing system, including our extra-powerful TripleSafe Sump Pump. To channel leaking water into the new sump pump, we lined the walls with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and installed WaterGuard Perimeter Drains below the floor's surface.  Lastly, a Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to control the moisture in the space.
