A Brooklyn, NY homeowner was experiencing some water issues in their basement, so they contacted us for a solution. We knew waterproofing the basement would prevent future issues in the home. If this went without repair, it could have caused increased energy bills, foundation issues, and musty smells. Water can get into any basement from heavy rain, or hydrostatic pressure that pushes against the foundation and causes water to seep through the walls and floors. Our crew installed the WaterGuard French Drain System, and SuperSump Pump System. Since the installation, the basement has stayed dry and healthy!

WaterGuard French Drain
WaterGuard catches water seeping into the basement and directs it towards the sump pump- which pumps it out into discharge lines far away from the foundation.
SuperSump Pump System
This basement will now stay completely dry with our SuperSump Pump. This system has an airtight lid preventing water vapor from rising back into the basement.
WaterGuard Installation
Our WaterGuard Drainage System is installed above the footing, out of the mud zone to prevent clogging. The water seepage is collected from the floor and wall and directed straight over to our TripleSafe.
