System Design Specialist, Joe M., arrived at the home, on time, and provided a thorough inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Joe discovered small, thin cracking within the foundation walls, thus allowing rain to seep into the basement. He presented this to the homeowner and recommended the full basement waterproofing system would be the best solution. The main components of the homeowner's waterproofing system included the WaterGuard French Drain, SuperSump Pump System, and CleanSpace Moisture Barrier. WaterGuard will collect water seeping through the walls and direct it to the SuperSump Pump System, where it's pumped away from the home. The CleanSpace Moisture Barrier prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through the crawl space, keeping it dry and healthy. The installation was done by our Senior Foreman, Jonathan N., and his crew. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other water issues in their basement, thus restoring their peace of mind.
