Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Homeowner Damp Basement System - North Brunswick, NJ
This homeowner in North Brunswick, New Jersey contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to inspect their damp basement. We sent our System Design Specialist, James Kiernan to inspect the home and he suggested they waterproof the basement. A few days later, our foreman and crew arrived at the home and began installing our WaterGuard French Drain System and our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. WaterGuard is installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone. This system will catch the water that seeps in from the walls and drain it to the sump pump. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump will provide three levels of protection for the basement, and effectively pump water away from the home! When the job was complete, the homeowner was happy to see their basement was dry and healthy!
