This homeowner in Clifton, New Jersey contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems because they were experiencing water in their basement. We sent our System Design Specialist, Steve Roldan to provide an inspection, and Steve noticed the water was coming in through the walls and floors. Steve suggested they waterproof the basement to prevent this from happening. We installed our WaterGuard French Drain System and our EverLast Wall Restoration System. WaterGuard is installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone. This system will drain water to the sump pump. Our EverLast Walls replaced the water-damaged wall and these panels also add insulation to the basement, creating a warmer, more comfortable space! When the homeowner saw the results, they were happy that they had a waterproofed basement!
