This homeowner in Little Falls, New Jersey noticed their basement was developing a musty smell and attracting moisture. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Joe Hubbard, provided an inspection. Joe suggested they waterproof their basement to prevent moisture and water from getting in. Our foreman, Wilver Cardoza, began by installing the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which has three levels of protection and effectively pumps water out. Next, Wilver installed our WaterGuard Drain System which will catch any water that seeps in from the walls and floors and drain it directly to the sump pump. Finally, Wilver installed the CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier, which will block water vapor from passing through the walls, and direct it to the sump pump. Now, the homeowner has a basement that is protected against water intrusion!
