Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement From Damp to Dry in Trenton, NJ
This homeowner's basement in Trenton, New Jersey was experiencing water seeping through during heavy rainfall. This happens because heavy rainfall saturates the soil, causing it to create hydrostatic pressure and push water through the walls and floors. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Laszlo Lenkey, provided an inspection and suggested they waterproof the basement. Our foreman, Esau Aquino, installed the SuperSump Pump System which will effectively pump water out of the basement. This system also comes with a battery-operated backup pump that will kick in if the power goes out. Next, Esau installed the WaterGuard Drain System which is placed on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud-zone and prevent any clogging. With these systems in place, the homeowner can have peace of mind to know their basement is protected from water intrusion.
