Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproof Installation in Dayton, NJ
This homeowner in Dayton, New Jersey was concerned with water and moisture in their basement. Water gets into the basement from hydrostatic pressure pushing water through the walls and floors. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after seeing our ad on Facebook. Our System Design Specialist, Steve Roldan, provided an inspection and suggested they waterproof it. Our foreman, Jonathan Neira, installed the WaterGuard Drain System which sits on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone. Then, he installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System which has three pumps in one sump liner, and also a battery-operated backup pump if the power goes out. Lastly, Jonathan installed the IceGuard Discharge Line, which has special openings that allow water to escape, even if the pipes become blocked by snow or ice.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump has an airtight enclosed lid that will block water vapor from entering the basement air.

IceGuard will allow water to escape and be drained out even if the pipes become blocked by snow or ice.
