Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproof Installation in Clifton, NJ
A homeowner in Clifton, New Jersey was experiencing water seeping in through their basement. This happens because of the poorly compacted soil around the foundation. Over time, this soil becomes saturated during heavy rainfall and creates hydrostatic pressure, pushing the water to seep through the walls and floors. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Will Harris, provided an inspection. Our foreman, Juan Garcia installed the SuperSump Pump System which will effectively pump water out of the basement. Next, he installed the WaterGuard Drain System which is placed on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone, so it will not clog. Lastly, the foreman installed the TrenchLock Drain which will catch dirt and debris. Now, the homeowner's basement is protected from water intrusion and will stay dry.
