Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproof Installation in Hillside, NJ
A homeowner in Hillside, New Jersey was looking to waterproof their basement for preventative measures. A wet basement can have many negative effects such as increased energy bills, pests, musty smells, and even mold growth. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Will Harris, provided an inspection. Our foreman, Jonathan Neira, installed the SuperSump Pump Classic System which will effectively pump water out of the basement. This system also has an airtight enclosed lid that will prevent water vapor from escaping into the basement air. Then, Jonathan installed the WaterGuard Drain System which sits on top of the foundation footing and will collect water to drain it to the sump pump. With these systems in place, the basement is protected from water intrusion.
