A resident in Piscataway, New Jersey was experiencing water coming in through the walls of their basement. During heavy rainfall, the homeowner reported puddles of water in the basement. During periods of heavy rainfall, the soil becomes saturated and creates hydrostatic pressure which pushes moisture and water through the basement walls and floor.
