Installation of French Drain System
A channel is dug above the footing of the foundation for the WaterGuard french drain system to be installed. Stone and a moisture vapor barrier are then installed to prevent moisture and damage to the drain.

The WaterGuard system is covered with concrete for protection. This will also make it easy for the homeowner to lay flooring if desired in the future.
