A homeowner was experiencing high levels of humidity in the basement after water kept seeping in through the basement windows. Mold had grown in some areas of the basement after letting the water just sit there. System Design Specialist, Chris Bowe, went out to the job site to inspect the area. He highly suggested that a triple safe & a classic sump pump to be installed to allow the water coming out of the windows, be pumped out once it drained through the waterguard french drain system. A sanidry dehumidifier would also be installed to control the humidity levels. With this system installed, there would be less time worrying about any basement issues. The homeowner had peace in mind that the basement was in good hands.
