Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Water Leaking into Summit, NJ Basement

A homeowner in Summit, New Jersey was experiencing leaking water in their basement during heavy rains and needed waterproofing solutions. Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended that WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement underneath the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing to keep the system out of the mud zone. This will make sure that the system will not clog and the water that seeps in through the basement walls will be directed to the sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump was installed to pump the water out of the basement with three levels of pumps built inside so in case of one failure, the next lower level pumps will kick in to keep the basement dry.
