Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofed Basement in Ewing Township, NJ

A homeowner in Ewing Township, New Jersey had was experiencing water in their basement during heavy rains and contacted Quality 1st for a free estimate. Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended that a full waterproofing system be installed. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement underneath the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing to make sure the system is out of the mud zone to prevent clogging. WaterGuard collects water that seeps in through basement walls and directs it to the sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump was installed to make sure the basement stays dry. The TripleSafe sump pump has three levels of pumps built inside in case of one pump failure, the next lower level pumps will kick in and keep the basement dry. IceGuard was also installed outside of the basement and fits over the discharge lines to provide water with an escape route through slotted openings in the drain pipe. With all these systems installed the basement is protected against any water that may enter.
