A homeowner in Dumont, NJ called to replace her old sump pump that just couldn't keep up with the water seepage in her basement. Basement Specialist Rick Ludlow went out to give a free estimate and when he saw the damage the water had done to her basement floors, he suggested Thermal Dry (Parquet) flooring. A SuperSump Sump Pump and UltraSump Dual Battery Switching Unit were ordered to keep the basement dry. To insure the cold weather wouldn't be an issue, the IceGuard System was also installed with LawnScape to drain the water away from the house. The homeowner was very happy with the beautiful flooring and felt secure that the water problems were taken care of by Quality 1st Basement Systems.
