Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Moisture in Hamilton Square, NJ Basement
A homeowner in Hamilton Square , New Jersey had water and moisture in their basement and contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended that the basement be waterproofed. The WaterGuard system was installed around the perimeter of the basement, underneath the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing to keep the system out of the mud zone. The WaterGuard collects water that seeps through the basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. WaterGuard installs quickly and has a clean finished appearance, so you do not have to worry about an unsightly drain around the basement. For added protection the TripleSafe sump pump was installed with three pumps built in. In case of one pump failure the other lower level pumps will kick in to ensure the basement is fully protected. The homeowners were impressed with the transformation of their basement.
