This basement had water seepage problems. We removed the bottom of the moldy drywall so we could have access to the floor to install the waterproofing systems. After cutting the floor, we installed the WaterGuard drainage system and cemented up the floor.
This customer also wanted a Trench Drain in the middle of the floor to drain surface water. Another job well done.
