WaterGuard System
This interior drainage system is fully operational, intercepting water before it reaches your living space. It works seamlessly with the sump pump to keep basements safe and dry.
Drainage System
To help manage groundwater entering the space, we installed WaterGuard around the basement perimeter to collect water along the foundation and direct it toward the sump system.
CleanSpace Wall System
To provide additional moisture protection along the foundation walls, our team installed CleanSpace, a durable liner designed to help limit moisture vapor from passing through the walls and into the basement.
Sump Pump
We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump, which provides three levels of pumping protection with a primary pump, secondary pump, and battery-powered backup to help keep water moving when it is needed most.
