Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Solution in East Brunswick, NJ

Our team at Quality 1st Basement Systems, led by Foreman Carlos, completed a basement waterproofing and moisture management project in East Brunswick, NJ. We installed WaterGuard to collect and direct groundwater to a new TripleSafe sump pump system, which provides three levels of pumping protection. CleanSpace was also applied along the basement walls to help limit moisture, while a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to manage excess humidity in the air.

TripleSafe

The TripleSafe provides three levels of pumping protection with a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump, giving the homeowner multiple layers of protection for managing groundwater.

WaterGuard

WaterGuard is designed to collect groundwater along the perimeter of the basement and direct it toward the sump system.

Drainage System

The project included the installation of a WaterGuard drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump system, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, along with CleanSpace lining applied to the basement walls.
