Basement Before
The homeowner had an existing sump pump and drainage system that was no longer providing the level of water management they needed.
WaterGuard
With the new WaterGuard, SuperSump, and CleanSpace in place, this Historic New Castle homeowner has an updated waterproofing system designed to help keep the basement drier and better protected from moisture.
Drainage System
To improve the basement's waterproofing, our team removed the old drainage system and replaced it with WaterGuard, an interior perimeter drainage system designed to collect groundwater and direct it toward the sump pump for removal.
Sump Pump
We also installed a new SuperSump to handle collected water and added CleanSpace along the basement walls to help limit moisture vapor from passing through the foundation surfaces.
