WaterGuard collects and directs groundwater toward the sump basin, while TripleSafe provides three levels of pumping protection to help manage water intrusion.

Drainage System

Our team installed WaterGuard around the full basement perimeter, creating a drainage pathway to collect groundwater reaching the foundation and direct it toward the sump basin for removal.

Sump Pump

To complete the waterproofing system, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system with three levels of pumping protection: a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump.
