The crew opened up the necessary areas to access the foundation and footer and installed WaterGuard to provide a dedicated drainage pathway for groundwater entering around the foundation.

Sump Pump

The collected water is directed toward the new TripleSafe sump pump system, giving the basement a more comprehensive approach to collecting and removing water rather than relying on the existing sump pumps alone.
