The crawl space was fully encapsulated with CleanSpace and SilverGlo insulation, while the basement received WaterGuard drainage leading to a sump system to manage water coming through the foundation walls during heavy rain. The team also replaced the home's Bilco basement door, bringing several important moisture and access improvements together in one project.
