This homeowner from East Orange, NJ was noticing loose floors in their house. They called Quality 1st basements for a free inspection. One of our System Design Specialists, Randy recommended a comprehensive waterproofing and foundation repair system to give the homeowner peace of mind.

Solution

TripleSafe was installed in the corner to pump out any floodwater present with its three pumps. CleanSpace was applied on the walls to seal out any moisture, humidity, and odors. WaterGuard was used to direct any seeping water from the walls and floors to the sump pump for removal. Finally, SmartJacks were adjusted and tightened to the height of the basement, securing any weak beams and eliminating the loose floors.

The homeowner could now relax knowing their home was protected.
