Solution
Work began with the installation of StarPipe along the crawl space perimeter to manage groundwater intrusion. This drainage system channels water efficiently toward the sump pump, preventing it from pooling beneath the home. The SmartSump, designed specifically for crawl spaces, was then installed to pump out any collected water and protect the area from flooding. With the drainage and pumping components in place, the space was ready for encapsulation.
CleanSpace was used to seal the crawl space from outside moisture and odors, creating a clean, dry environment. To further improve energy efficiency and climate control, SilverGlo insulation panels were installed along the walls.
