Solution

In order to capture and redirect water entering the basement, we installed our WaterGuard Drainage System along the interior perimeter of the basement floor. Designed to sit above the footing and below the floor slab, WaterGuard effectively channels water seepage into a designated discharge system without clogging. We also installed our Window WellDuct System to handle water infiltration from the basement window, ensuring it drained directly into the WaterGuard track. To complete the drainage setup, we added our IceGuard Discharge Line, and our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, a high-performance pump equipped with an airtight lid and alarm, to reliably remove collected water and prevent flooding during heavy rain or rising groundwater conditions. To provide additional protection and brighten the space, CleanSpace Wall Panels were installed along the foundation walls. These panels not only enhance the appearance of the basement but also serve as a vapor barrier, blocking wall moisture and directing any seepage into the drainage system below. The result was a dramatic transformation: the basement went from damp and uncomfortable to dry, clean, and safe.
