Eliminating Water Seepage In Chatham, NJ Basement

Solution

After a detailed inspection, our team designed a custom waterproofing system tailored to the specific issues found in the basement. We began by installing our patented WaterGuard Drainage System, placed along the perimeter of the basement to capture and redirect any incoming water away from the foundation. This system channels water directly to our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump, a high-performance unit designed to efficiently remove water and keep the basement dry even during heavy rains. To further enhance the system, we added an IceGuard Discharge Line to prevent water backups in case the discharge pipe freezes during winter. We also installed CleanSpace Wall Panels to create a vapor barrier along the basement walls, effectively blocking moisture and helping to improve air quality.
